And I thought you Cons hated when the Supreme Court interprets the Constitution? Isn't it a bit of a double standard to be the party that is exemplified by Mike Lee and yet be praising a court ruling that amounts to judicial interpretation of the Constitution? Didn't your Senate candidate campaign against that very thing? Are you Cons even trying for consistency any more? I mean it's getting a little ridiculous.

Edit CommentAnd finally this very year, in District of Columbia v. Heller, and McDonald v. City of Chicago, the US Supreme court finally got it right.
