Weber County Fair

Dear Leg. Chairmen/women:

 

The Weber County Fair will be held on 8,9,10 and 11 August, 2012.  We will have a booth inside a north west building that is air conditioned. We will need to have  it manned from 11AM to 11 PM. each of those days.  A schedule of 2 hour shifts requires 48 people.  Having worked the fair in the past, two people are needed each shift. If each of your leg districts (not precincts) would get 8 volunteers, then we would be able to man this well. The busiest time will be Saturday.  In the past we have been able to get passes into the fair for people who can not pay the fee.

 

We will have information from the Republican candidates, voting registration forms for both new voters and those who want to vote by mail along with the precinct maps so that people can look up their district.

 

I would appreciate your forwarding me the names and telephone numbers of volunteers. If you have a preference for a particular day or time, please let me know ASAP.
